Bio
A three-time All-State selection who led the Lady Lions to their third state tournament appearance in a row, Penister led the Lady Lions to an outstanding 30-5 season which ended in the state tournament semifinals after playing in the state championship game her junior year. In addition to earning All-Conference honors as well, she was named to the All-State Tournament team as both a junior and senior under coach David Mackey.
