Bio
Halk led the Panthers to a 20-9 record despite a strong schedule as six of their nine losses were to 6A state semifinalist Pine Bluff (4 losses) and 5A state champion Little Rock Mills (2 losses).
A three-year starter at point guard, Halk led the Panthers to the 6A State Tournament while averaging ten points, six assists, and four rebounds per game to earn All-Conference honors as both a junior and senior for coach Dexter Hendrix. He also set a school record by dishing out 13 assists in a game against Siloam Springs his senior year.
