Bio

After moving from North Little Rock to Virginia for his senior year, Washington helped lead Centreville High School to a 22-6 overall record and a co-state championship after the COVID pandemic ended the state tournament before the final could be played.

It was the first state championship in school history for Centreville, located in Clifton, Virginia. The 6'6" scorer was named First Team All-District, First Team All-Region, and First Team All-State for Head Coach Kevin Harris, and he finished with 37 points in an 82-79 quarterfinal win over Lake Braddock which included the game-winning assist with 14 seconds left. Then in the semifinal, Washington scored 10 points to go with 12 rebounds in a 62-55 victory over Western Branch.
