Lady Greyhounds Derail Chattanooga

Samantha Jackson and Sable Greer combined for 47 points as the Lady Greyhounds took a 72-61 win at Chattanooga State Community College Tuesday night.

ASU Mid-South used a staunch defense to overcome 37% shooting from the field including only 1 of 18 from the three-point line, but shot 79% from the free throw line, forced 21 turnovers and won the battle of the boards, 48-38.

Jackson led the Lady Greyhounds with 26 points and 16 rebounds while Greer hit for 21 points. Haley Morgan added 10 points and eight rebounds for their 14th victory of the season.

Next up is a road trip to Little Rock as ASU Mid-South plays at Arkansas Baptist College this Friday at 5:00pm.
