Making it a Sophomore Night to remember, the Greyhounds recognized their three second-year players before the game and then raced to a 93-63 victory over Bethel University JV for their school-record ninth win in a row.

Using their size inside and three-point shooting outside, the Greyhounds pulled away in the first half to take a 47-28 lead at the break as Dee Montgomery and Terrikous Smith combined 19 points with five three-pointers and K.J. Patrick and Chris Smith combined for 11 points inside. Terrikous Smith would hit two more three's in the second half to lead ASU Mid-South with 15 points, five rebounds and three steals while Montgomery finished with 13 points and nine assists. Teverette Cain and Terrandus Smith chipped in 11 points each while Chris Smith and K.J. Patrick would finish with 10 points each as Patrick led the squad with eight rebounds.

The Greyhounds shot 52.9% from the field, 11-for-22 from the three-point line, 83.3% from the free throw line and assisted on 26 of 36 field goals while dominating the glass 40-22.

ASU Mid-South has a week off before returning to The Dog House to go for win number ten in a row on Monday, February 20, at 6:00pm as they host Rhodes College JV. The Greyhounds escaped with a win in their last meeting in Memphis on November 14, 2016, with an exciting 102-100 victory.
